A student from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro (FSM UNDIP), has once again made a remarkable achievement at the national level. Utari Maharani, a student of the Physics Study Program, secured two prestigious titles at the Airlangga University Karate Cup 2025, held at GOR Campus C, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, on June 28–29, 2025.
Representing the Shokaido UNDIP contingent, Utari delivered an outstanding performance and achieved the following honors:
- 1st Place in Kumite +50 kg Female University Category
- 2nd Place in Kumite +68 kg Female Senior Category
The Airlangga University Karate Cup 2025 is a national-level karate championship that attracted thousands of athletes from various dojos and institutions across Indonesia. The competition featured a wide range of kata and kumite classes, from pre-junior to senior levels, and was held in a knockout format following the latest WKF regulations, under the supervision of FORKI East Java.
This event served not only as a platform for developing athletic excellence but also as an opportunity for athletes across Indonesia to connect in a competitive spirit that upholds sportsmanship and honor. FSM UNDIP extends its highest appreciation to Utari Maharani for her outstanding achievements.
