This alumnus of the Medical Physics Professional Program at FSM UNDIP began his career journey even before officially graduating. Just two months after completing his studies in 2024, he was hired as a Medical Physicist at Urip Sumoharjo Hospital in Bandar Lampung. At first, it seemed like an extraordinary achievement—but in reality, new challenges quickly emerged.
This profession demands more than just theoretical understanding. It requires top performance every day, strong teamwork, and patience. One of the greatest challenges Mr. Beny faced was being assigned far from home to support the equitable distribution of medical physicists. It was not an easy decision, but with full support and blessings from his family, he took the leap.
Six months after graduation, Mr. Beny was grateful to finally start giving back—both to his parents and to himself. Not in grand gestures, but in ways that proved the process and sacrifices made during his studies were not in vain.
For him, this journey is not about personal achievement, but about proving that with good intentions, perseverance, and the support of loved ones, the early challenges of a career can be faced with confidence.
