Semarang, December 15, 2025 – The Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM) at Diponegoro University (UNDIP) successfully held the BNSP Ilmuwan Data Muda (Associate Data Scientist) Competency Test, organized in collaboration with Inixindo and attended by 110 FSM UNDIP students. This event aims to enhance students’ competencies in the field of Data Science by providing a nationally recognized certification.
The event began with a speech from Aulia Novera Indah, Account Manager at Inixindo, who expressed gratitude for the opportunity to conduct the training at FSM UNDIP. She appreciated the enthusiasm of the 110 students participating in the program. “Through this training, we are confident that the competencies of FSM UNDIP students will continue to improve. This certification is not just to complement a degree, but also to prepare for a future career in the professional world,” she said.
Next, a speech was delivered by Dr. Ngadiwiyana, S.Si., M.Si., Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of FSM UNDIP, who also officially opened the event. In his speech, he expressed hope that this event would serve as a platform for students to enhance their skills in Data Science, as well as encourage further collaboration between FSM UNDIP and professional certification bodies. “In today’s job market, certification is extremely important. I hope FSM UNDIP students can make the most of this opportunity,” said Dr. Ngadiwiyana.
After the speeches, the event continued with directions from the representative assessor regarding the exam regulations. The participants then proceeded with the exam, enthusiastically following the procedure, which included presenting directly to the assessor.
The event went smoothly and successfully, with students participating in the exam with great enthusiasm and demonstrating significant progress in their competencies. This exam marked an important step for students to obtain a certification that will support their future careers.
With the successful completion of this exam, FSM UNDIP remains committed to providing platforms for students to develop their professional skills, especially in the field of Data Science.
