The Faculty of Science and Mathematics at Universitas Diponegoro announces the implementation of administrative registration for students for the Spring Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The implementation refers to Announcement Number 116/UN7.A1/AK/2025 issued by Universitas Diponegoro regarding the Administrative Registration Procedures for Students.
Administrative registration covers tuition fee payment, re-registration, completion of the Study Plan Form (IRS), as well as applications for academic leave and reactivation. The schedule is as follows:
3 February 2026
• Tuition Fee Payment (2 January – 3 February 2026)
• Re-Registration and IRS Submission (3 January – 3 February 2026)
• Academic Leave and Reactivation Application (until 3 February 2026)
9 February 2026
• Start of Lectures for the Spring Semester 2025/2026
21 February 2026
• Deadline for Course Replacement in IRS
6 March 2026
• Deadline for Course Withdrawal in IRS
In addition, students receiving tuition adjustments due to participation in Double Degree, Joint Degree, or Student Exchange programs must ensure that the adjustment process has been completed by the responsible administrative unit and are still required to complete re-registration and IRS submission as regulated. Students who were inactive during the Fall Semester 2025/2026 and intend to resume their studies are required to submit a Permission to Resume Studies Letter to the faculty before the stated deadline.

Compliance with administrative registration procedures also contributes to orderly academic administration and facilitates the effective implementation of teaching and learning activities within the faculty.
