Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro Reaffirms Commitment to 2026 Performance Targets through Performance Contract Signing

The Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro, held the 2026 Performance Contract Signing on Thursday, January 29, 2026, on the 6th Floor of the Acintya Prasada Building, FSM UNDIP. The event formed part of a collective effort to strengthen commitment toward achieving the faculty’s performance targets in alignment with Universitas Diponegoro’s policy direction and strategic planning, while also supporting the reinforcement of accountable and results-oriented governance within the faculty. The event was attended by faculty leaders, heads of study programs, and lecturers within FSM.

The Vice Dean for Resources, Dr. Eng. Adi Wibowo, S.Si., M.Kom., in his remarks, delivered information regarding the utilization of the GENTAYU portal as UNDIP’s integrated service system, which provides features such as online attendance, class schedules, study results, access to library collections, student news and achievements, and a reporting menu (Lapor). He also expressed appreciation to the lecturers for their contributions to research, community service, and support for internationalization programs, enabling FSM to achieve outstanding performance accomplishments. Improvements in academic facilities and services continue to be pursued to support the productivity of the academic community and the quality of services for education service users.

Next, the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ngadiwiyana, S.Si., M.Si., highlighted the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) in learning, including strengthening case-based and experiential learning methods. He also conveyed the plan for implementing the Global Classroom program, in which each course is expected to invite at least one guest lecturer from abroad as part of learning internationalization. Efforts to encourage on-time graduation were also emphasized through collaboration and adaptive curriculum design at the study program level.

The Dean of FSM, Prof. Dr. Kusworo Adi, S.Si., M.T., in his address expressed appreciation for lecturers’ performance in scientific publications, research, and various faculty achievements. He also acknowledged the awards earned by FSM and extended gratitude for the dedication of all lecturers.

In addition, the Dean presented the current year’s research schemes and the performance targets for 2026. The World Class University (WCU) program will be distributed evenly across departments so that the impact of internationalization can be felt more broadly across all academic units.

The series of activities continued with the signing of performance contracts by the Heads of Study Programs as a form of shared commitment to achieving the targets set by the faculty. This signing serves as a strategic step in aligning study program work plans with faculty and university performance goals.

Through this activity, the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro, reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improving the quality of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of higher education. Strengthening collaboration among study programs and departments is expected to drive the sustainable achievement of faculty performance targets, while also reinforcing a professional, transparent, and accountable work culture as part of the commitment to developing a Zone of Integrity towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Service-Oriented Bureaucratic Area (WBBM). With the synergy of the entire academic community, FSM is determined to maintain its outstanding performance achievements while expanding its contributions at the national and international levels.
