The Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM), Universitas Diponegoro, held a coordination meeting regarding the World Class University (WCU) 2026 program on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the 4th Floor of Acintya Prasada Building, FSM UNDIP. The meeting was attended by Heads of Departments and lecturers within FSM UNDIP as a forum to align plans for the implementation of the faculty’s internationalization programs. The meeting served as an important momentum to strengthen program readiness, performance targets, and the distribution of roles across departments.
The meeting opened with remarks from the Vice Dean for Resources, Dr. Eng. Adi Wibowo, S.Si., M.Kom., who emphasized the importance of presenting activity plans in a clear and structured manner. He requested each department to present their WCU program implementation plans, including the appointment of persons in charge (PIC) and the activity timeline, so that all agendas can be properly monitored and carried out in line with the established targets. This directive is expected to strengthen cross-department coordination and ensure comprehensive readiness for program implementation.
Each Head of Department then presented the achieved outputs, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, and strategies for achieving WCU 2026. The presentations focused on strengthening targets and aligning strategic steps across internationalization indicators, academic reputation, research collaboration, and the improvement of graduate quality. Through this session, each department had the opportunity to present concrete plans and reaffirm their contributions to supporting the faculty’s WCU achievements.
The meeting also discussed the strengthening of the Undip Global Classroom (UGC) implementation as one of the flagship internationalization programs. This session covered readiness, the appointment of PICs, and scheduling arrangements to ensure the program can run more effectively and in a well-coordinated manner. The discussion was dynamic and included various inputs to ensure that UGC implementation provides tangible impacts in expanding international networks.
Through this coordination meeting, FSM UNDIP hopes that all WCU 2026 programs can be implemented optimally, measurably, and in alignment with the university’s targets. The established synergy is expected to drive the improvement of international reputation and strengthen FSM UNDIP’s contribution in supporting Universitas Diponegoro toward becoming a World Class University.
