His career journey is clear proof that a strong scientific foundation, combined with managerial skills and adaptability, can propel someone forward in the professional world.
After completing his education at FSM UNDIP, he took his first steps into the workforce in alignment with his academic background, starting as an Instrument Engineer at PT Elnusa Tbk. Over time, his dedication and performance led to rapid and dynamic career growth. He was gradually entrusted with various strategic positions, ranging from Unit Head of Instrument Engineer, Project Manager, Procurement Manager, Partnerships Specialist, and Internal Audit Auditor, up to his current position as Community Relations Manager.

Throughout his career, Ardiyanto has achieved a number of highly commendable accomplishments on both national and international levels. He was sent abroad to attend Seismic Instrument Training in France and conduct Seismic scouting in India. Furthermore, his leadership capabilities were proven by winning “The Best Learning” award in the Elnusa Leader Development Program, as well as his appointment as the Head of the Fraud Investigation Team within the Elnusa Group.
Looking back at his university years, Ardiyanto realizes that FSM UNDIP provided crucial preparation for his career path. The Physics knowledge he studied proved to be highly beneficial and served as a primary foundation, especially when he was starting his career as an Instrument Engineer. Beyond that, he also emphasizes that his success as a leader is inseparable from his non-academic experiences on campus. His active involvement in the Student Regiment (Menwa) UNDIP greatly supported character building, instilled discipline, and trained the resilience he deeply needed when working in the field or taking on leadership roles in the office.
To FSM UNDIP students who are currently still pursuing their studies, he shares a highly motivating message. “Besides classroom knowledge, seek experiences outside the classroom, such as practical work, internships, and campus extracurricular activities,” he advises. According to him, these out-of-class experiences are what will hone various soft skills and students’ readiness to face the ever-changing professional world.
