The Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Diponegoro University (FSM UNDIP), held an activity on Improving the Achievement of the 2026 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Horison Resort Antawirya Jepara. The activity served as a forum for evaluation and coordination to review progress in achieving the indicators while formulating follow-up measures for targets that still require further attention. The agenda included a workshop and an evaluation of the 2026 KPI achievement.
The activity was attended by the faculty leadership, study program management teams, field coordinators, study program operators, and other supporting personnel. The involvement of these various stakeholders played an important role in strengthening coordination between the faculty and its study programs in supporting the achievement of FSM UNDIP’s performance targets.

The meeting was opened by Dr. Eng. Adi Wibowo, S.Si., M.Kom., Vice Dean for Resources of FSM UNDIP. In his opening remarks, he stated that the activity provided a shared forum for evaluating progress in KPI achievement and discussing the necessary measures for indicators that still require further follow-up.
During the evaluation session, each study program presented the progress of the indicators under its responsibility, including activities carried out to support the achievement of KPI targets. The discussion focused on progress that had been made, targets that still needed to be fulfilled, and various challenges encountered during program implementation.
Several matters received particular attention during the evaluation, including follow-up actions for previously planned activities, the completion of outputs still in progress, as well as various administrative and technical challenges affecting program implementation. Each development was discussed collectively to identify more focused follow-up measures, enabling the planned programs to be implemented optimally.

Dr. Eng. Adi Wibowo, S.Si., M.Kom. emphasized the importance of consistency in following up on every plan that had been developed. He encouraged the study programs to continue strengthening coordination, identifying existing challenges, and optimizing ongoing activities so that they could contribute to improving KPI achievement.
Through this activity, FSM UNDIP continues to strengthen a culture of evaluation and collaboration in achieving the faculty’s performance targets. Regular coordination is expected to ensure that each indicator is properly monitored, every challenge receives appropriate follow-up, and the programs that have been designed can deliver optimal results in improving the achievement of FSM UNDIP’s 2026 Key Performance Indicators.
