The Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Diponegoro University (FSM UNDIP), held its Faculty Work Meeting (RKF) on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 at Acintya Prasada Building, 4th floor. The meeting was attended by the faculty leadership, including the Dean, the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, the Vice Dean for Resources, Heads of Departments, Heads of Study Programs, as well as faculty staff.
The RKF serves as an annual agenda aimed at evaluating the faculty’s performance in the previous year and formulating policy directions, targets, and program strategies for 2026. In this activity, the Dean of FSM UNDIP, Prof. Dr. Kusworo Adi, S.Si., M.T., stated that the faculty emphasizes the importance of cross-unit consolidation to strengthen academic affairs, student services, resources, and overall faculty governance.
During the presentation session, Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ngadiwiyana, S.Si., M.Si., outlined programs to improve the quality of teaching and to support student activities. The discussion highlighted efforts to strengthen student achievements, expand collaboration initiatives, and adapt academic systems to meet current student needs and developments in higher education.

Meanwhile, Vice Dean for Resources, Dr. Eng. Adi Wibowo, S.Si., M.Kom., presented evaluations and plans to enhance human resource services and financial management within the faculty. He also emphasized strategies for implementing faculty activities and governance throughout 2026 to promote effectiveness and accountability in program execution.
In the same session, Dr. Eng. Adi Wibowo also delivered plans for the development of academic facilities and infrastructure, including continued building renovations, improvements in learning space comfort, and the provision of laboratory and learning facilities to support educational and research activities within the faculty.
Through the 2026 RKF, FSM UNDIP reaffirms its commitment to achieving stronger performance outcomes, expanding collaboration networks, and improving the quality of graduates and academic services. The results of the meeting serve as a foundation for aligning faculty work programs with university policies and societal needs, ensuring that the implementation of 2026 programs proceeds in a well-planned and measurable manner.
