FSM UNDIP Opens Submission for Research and Community Service Proposals for 2026

The Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM) at Diponegoro University is now accepting submissions for Research and Community Service (PPM) proposals for the 2026 implementation year. This program is intended for lecturers and researchers within FSM with the aim of strengthening the research ecosystem, improving scientific publication performance, and encouraging meaningful contributions through community service activities.

The 2026 PPM program includes schemes in research, community service, and publication support. The schemes offered are as follows:

    • Faculty Research
    • Competitive Research
    • Assignment Research for Publication Acceleration
    • Research Cluster Development
  2. Community Service
    • Regular Community Service
    • International Community Service
  3. Publication Support
    • Scopus-indexed Journal Publications
    • Scopus-indexed Conference Proceedings


The official PPM guidelines also outline several mandatory requirements for proposal submission, including the involvement of students according to the scheme, mandatory outputs in the form of reports and publications or intellectual property rights, as well as the obligation to list FSM UNDIP as affiliation and acknowledge FSM funding in resulting publications. Several schemes further encourage cross-department, cross-institution, and international collaboration in alignment with the UNDIP and FSM Strategic Plans (2025–2029) to strengthen research and innovation outcomes.

The proposal submission timeline is as follows:

  • Faculty Research: 5 January – 30 January 2026
  • Competitive Research & Others: 5 January – 26 January 2026
  • Community Service: 5 January – 30 January 2026

Through the opening of PPM submissions for 2026, FSM hopes to further enhance research, publication, and community service performance, as well as strengthen the contributions of lecturers toward institutional performance indicators as part of a research university and PTNBH framework. The program also serves as FSM’s effort to expand academic collaboration networks and ensure that research and community service activities contribute to society and national development.
