After completing his Master’s degree in Chemistry at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM) at Diponegoro University in 2021, Mr. Muh. Jufri pursued a career as an educator. The year 2023 marked a significant milestone when he was appointed as a government-contracted teacher (PPPK) at SMP Negeri 1 Beoga, a school located in the remote Puncak region of Central Papua. His commitment to education was further affirmed when, in September 2024, he was once again entrusted and appointed as a civil servant (CPNS) at the same school.

Amidst the limitations and challenging terrain, his spirit remains unwavering. For him, teaching is not just a profession—it is a genuine act of service and love for the nation. His time at FSM UNDIP provided a meaningful foundation. The knowledge he gained, especially from lecturers who guided him patiently, became essential in carrying out his duties in an area where geography and access to education pose serious challenges.

The chemistry he studied during his university years has now become a tool to ignite curiosity and a passion for learning among students in the remote regions of Papua. He firmly believes that quality education should be accessible to all Indonesian children, regardless of geographic location.

For Mr. Jufri, university life was a pivotal moment for gaining knowledge and developing himself. He believes that every experience gained on campus proves helpful, especially when stepping directly into the community. Therefore, he encourages FSM UNDIP students to never tire of learning and to keep creating as part of their preparation for facing real-world challenges.
