FSM UNDIP Holds 128th Judicium Ceremony, Confirms 233 Prospective Graduates

The Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM), Universitas Diponegoro, held the 128th Judicium Ceremony for Master’s, Professional, and Undergraduate Programs on Monday, April 27, 2026, at the 6th Floor of the Acintya Prasada Building. The ceremony was held solemnly and with pride, marking the graduation confirmation of FSM UNDIP’s prospective graduates. The Open Session of the Faculty Senate was opened by the Chair of the FSM Senate, Prof. Dr. Tri Retnaningsih Soeprobowati, M.App.Sc. The event was attended by the Dean of FSM, Vice Deans, department and study program leaders, as well as members of the FSM UNDIP academic community.

The congratulatory remarks delivered by the Chair of the FSM Senate to the prospective graduates formed part of the opening series of the judicium ceremony. The event continued with the reading of the Dean’s Decree on the 128th Judicium Ceremony for Master’s, Professional, and Undergraduate Programs in 2026 by the Administrative Manager of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro. This was followed by the graduation report for the 128th Master’s, Professional, and Undergraduate Programs, delivered by the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of FSM UNDIP. During the ceremony, FSM UNDIP also congratulated 157 prospective graduates who earned the cum laude distinction.

At the 128th Judicium Ceremony, FSM UNDIP confirmed the graduation of 233 prospective graduates, consisting of 28 Master’s Program graduates, 1 Professional Program graduate, and 204 Undergraduate Program graduates. The details include 5 graduates from the Master’s Program in Mathematics, 29 graduates from the Undergraduate Program in Mathematics, 5 graduates from the Master’s Program in Biology, 25 graduates from the Undergraduate Program in Biology, 2 graduates from the Undergraduate Program in Biotechnology, 3 graduates from the Master’s Program in Chemistry, 11 graduates from the Undergraduate Program in Chemistry, 15 graduates from the Master’s Program in Physics, 1 graduate from the Medical Physicist Professional Program, 35 graduates from the Undergraduate Program in Physics, 61 graduates from the Undergraduate Program in Statistics, and 41 graduates from the Undergraduate Program in Informatics.

In his remarks, the Dean of FSM UNDIP, Prof. Dr. Kusworo Adi, S.Si., M.T., expressed his appreciation and delivered a message to the prospective graduates to always uphold integrity and maintain the good name of their alma mater wherever they may be. He also emphasized the importance of staying connected with the faculty and alumni network, including participating in the tracer study as a contribution to improving educational quality, academic evaluation, and the future development of the faculty.

The message on behalf of the prospective graduates was delivered by Alya Putri Meyriska from the Undergraduate Program in Mathematics. In her remarks, Alya stated that it was a great honor to serve as the voice of all prospective graduates. She expressed gratitude to the Rector, the Dean, and the lecturers of Universitas Diponegoro, who had provided knowledge, experience, and valuable life lessons, as well as to the administrative staff who had continuously provided support throughout their studies. She also extended heartfelt appreciation to parents and families for the love, prayers, and support that had accompanied the graduates’ journey to this point.

As a form of appreciation for the graduates’ academic achievements, FSM UNDIP presented the Dean’s Award to 17 outstanding graduates, namely:

This award is expected to inspire the graduates to continue upholding the spirit of learning, achievement, and integrity as they move forward to the next stage of their journey.

The prospective graduates of FSM UNDIP will subsequently attend the 182nd Graduation Ceremony of Universitas Diponegoro, scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Through this judicium ceremony, FSM UNDIP hopes that all graduates will be able to apply the knowledge they have gained, make meaningful contributions to society, and continue to uphold the good name of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Universitas Diponegoro, at both national and global levels.
