The Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM) at Diponegoro University once again held a Coordination and Evaluation Meeting for the Implementation of the 2026 Integrity Zone (ZI) Program on Thursday, July 23, 2026. The event, held on the 4th Floor of the Acintya Prasada Building, is part of the faculty’s ongoing efforts to create a clean, accountable, and reputable campus environment.
The main agenda of this meeting focused on two matters: the Evaluation of Integrity Zone (ZI) Activities in the Second Quarter and the Planning of ZI Activities for the Third Quarter. This periodic evaluation serves as a crucial instrument for the faculty to measure the extent to which performance targets have been achieved while identifying areas that need improvement.
The coordination meeting was attended by the faculty leadership along with the entire Integrity Zone area team. The team comprehensively represents various aspects of governance, ranging from the Coordinating Teams for Change Management, Business Processes (Tata Laksana), Human Resource Management Structuring, Performance Accountability Strengthening, and Supervision Strengthening, to Public Service Quality Improvement.
During the meeting, the team formulated various strategic steps focusing on enhancing the quality of public services and institutional integrity. Some general points discussed included optimizing digital transformation in the campus administration system, improving the quality of human resources (HR) through training programs, and strengthening the effectiveness of the complaint service system for the public and the academic community. Furthermore, FSM Undip is also committed to instilling integrity values early on through an anti-corruption education program for new students.
Through this coordination meeting, FSM Undip hopes that synergy across departments and work units will become even more solid. This serves as a concrete manifestation of FSM Undip’s dedication to maintaining Integrity Zone standards in order to provide transparent, innovative, and high-quality educational services for all stakeholders.
