Semarang, November 2023 – The International Seminar on New Paradigms and Innovations in Natural Sciences and Their Applications (ISNPINSA) is an annual conference organized by the Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM) Diponegoro University (Undip), Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. This seminar has been successfully held since 2011 and has since become an annual event. With 150 participants from various countries, ISNPINSA is always awaited by researchers and academics.

The objectives of ISNPINSA are to facilitate brain storming and cutting-edge information in the field of science and mathematics; increase technological innovation that can be applied in industry; contribute to formulating strategies to increase the role of science for society; and stimulate collaboration between industry, researchers, and government to improve the welfare of society. The theme of the 13th ISNPINSA in 2023 is “The Role of Science and Technology in Shaping an Evolving Global Community”.

The keynote speakers of the 13th ISNPINSA in 2023 are Prof. Dr. Zita V.J. Albacea (University of the Philippines Los Baños); Prof. Heru Suhartanto, Ph.D (University of Indonesia); Assoc. Prof. Ibrahima Faye (Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS); Dr. Nurhidayatullaili Binti Muhd Julkapli (Universiti Malaya); Dr. Tony Hadibarata (Curtin University); Dr. Yosie Andriani HS (Universiti Malaysia Terengganu). While the invited speakers are Dr. Gerald Moser (Justus Liebig University Giessen); Prof. Sapto Purnomo Putro, Ph.D (Diponegoro University); Assoc. Prof. Boonyarit Chatthong (Prince of Songkla University); Dr. Sutikno (Diponegoro University).

This annual ISNPINSA intensively achieves high-level improvements in strengthening collaboration among scientists from both Indonesia and other countries, stimulating new research partnerships and contributing to formulating policies to enhance the important role of science for society. The seminar will cover all research and development in the following areas limited to:
