The Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM) at Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) continues to strengthen its commitment to establishing institutional governance based on integrity through the development of the Integrity Zone (ZI). This commitment was discussed during the FSM UNDIP Integrity Zone Coordination Meeting held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
The coordination meeting served as part of the efforts to evaluate the implementation of the Integrity Zone program while also formulating strategic steps for its implementation in the upcoming period. The meeting was attended by the FSM UNDIP Integrity Zone Team, consisting of faculty leaders and team members representing various areas of Integrity Zone development.
In his remarks, the Dean of FSM UNDIP, Prof. Dr. Kusworo Adi, S.Si., M.T., stated that the development of the Integrity Zone is a process that requires commitment and consistency from all members of the faculty. Changes in work culture cannot be achieved instantly but must be developed gradually and sustainably through continuous practice and the strengthening of integrity values.

During the meeting, several aspects of Integrity Zone development were discussed, including strengthening change management, improving human resource management, reinforcing supervision, and enhancing performance accountability. Various initiatives continue to be encouraged to support improvements in the quality of governance and services within FSM UNDIP.
One of the efforts discussed was strengthening the dissemination and understanding of Integrity Zone values among the academic community. In addition, improving employee competencies through various training programs is also considered an important part of supporting the development of professional and integrity-driven human resources.
FSM UNDIP also continues to strengthen its supervision and accountability systems through document management, continuous evaluation, and the development of various innovations that support effective and transparent governance. Strengthening the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) is also part of the strategic efforts to improve the quality of institutional performance.
Through this coordination meeting, FSM UNDIP reaffirmed its commitment to continuously building a work environment that is characterized by integrity, professionalism, transparency, and a strong orientation toward improving service quality. The development of the Integrity Zone is expected to become an integral part of a sustainable work culture involving the entire FSM UNDIP academic community.
These efforts are in line with FSM UNDIP’s commitment to continuously improve institutional governance and deliver benefits to all stakeholders.
